By downloading or using Pocket Golf Coach ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Pocket Golf Coach is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app's Profile section.
Pocket Golf Coach offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings.
A free tier is available with limited functionality (2 swing analyses per month). We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.
You retain ownership of videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the swing analysis service. We do not share your videos with third parties.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Swing analysis results are generated by AI and are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional coaching advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
